I'm 181cm tall and 95kg and bought an extra-large. Seems to fit pretty well, maybe if you were long in the body you would need to be careful it isn't too short and rides up as it is on the edge. Gut and arms, it is comfortable and not too tight. Great for summer rides with all the ventilation under arms and design is well made.
