A full refund will be provided for any goods returned to us;
- with their original tags attached
- in a suitable for resale condition i.e. clean/unmarked/unwashed
- in their original packaging
- within 10 days
- with complimentary socks (if provided)
For exchanges or returns please email email@example.com and return as above. We will cover the cost to reship (via NZPost) the correct size or style.
Please note: When we process your returned item it will be thoroughly inspected for damage and wear, to ensure when the product is on-sold it is in pristine condition. If we find that the garment has been worn (apart from initial fitting), tags removed or soiled/damaged in any way we will return the product to you.
Please return the FREE SOCKS/GLOVES on purchases when returning all items, failure to do so will result in a refund less the sock/glove value.
For custom made items, these products are made to order, as such they cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
In the unlikely event you receive goods that are faulty, we will repair or replace those goods if they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. For faulty goods reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original shipping cost.
We are not liable for the loss of goods being returned. The goods remain your property until you receive a note from us to say they have been received. Please purchase a tracked parcel to ensure the goods are delivered to us.
Please note, we do not offer returns, exchanges or store credits on items in our Bargain Bin.
