Returns & Exchanges
***We are still open for online orders (sorry no rural delivery or Australia temporarily). Note: we ship via NZPost, which may take longer to arrive than normal.***
A full refund will be provided for any goods returned to us;
- with their original tags attached
- in a suitable for resale condition i.e. clean/unmarked/unwashed
- in there original packaging
- within 10 days
For exchanges or returns please email firstname.lastname@example.org and return as above. We will cover the cost to reship the correct size or style.
Please note: When we process your returned item it will be thoroughly inspected for damage and wear, to ensure when the product is on-sold it is in pristine condition. If we find that the garment has been worn (apart from initial fitting), tags removed or soiled/damaged in any way we will return the product to you.
Please return the FREE SOCKS on any order returned under the $85 threshold, failure to do so will result in a refund less the sock value.
For custom made items, these products are made to order, as such they cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
In the unlikely event you receive goods that are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. For faulty goods reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original shipping cost.
Please note, we do not offer returns, exchanges or store credits on items in our Bargain Bin.
